Job Description
The school is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As flex houseparents, you will reside on campus in a student home and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students. This includes:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Flex houseparents will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. They will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
The school requires both spouses to complete an individual employment application and must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.

Salary : $43,825 - $165,000
