What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School?

As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be part of a team that makes a positive impact on the lives of students. You and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, where you will provide care and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other tasks that promote the well-being of the students.

To be considered for this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have been legally married for at least two years, and both spouses should be age 27 or older. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for the students.
Salary : $43,825 - $165,000
