About the Company:
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a recruiting coordinator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior recruiters. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of recruiting experience from a law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and processing new hire paperwork
- Preparing materials for candidates and interviews
- Entering manager feedback into internal systems
- Assisting with the creation of promotional materials
- Maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree required
