Responsibilities:
● Work with Product Management to understand the vision of the roadmap
● Define high-level process flows, activity diagrams, and system integration diagrams for
roadmap initiatives
● Create field-level data mappings for system integrations
● Form alignment across internal and external stakeholders around solutions
● Breakdown high-level roadmap initiatives into digestible features
● Groom features into user stories with unambiguous and testable acceptance criteria
● Support the engineering team's business questions during sprints
● Perform acceptance testing to ensure delivered features meet the business expectations
● Provide demonstrations to internal stakeholders of completed features
● Write documentation for end-users explaining new product functionality and the
associated best practices
Requirements:
● BS degree in Management Information Systems or related field of study
● Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Lean/XP)
● Excellent communication and leadership abilities
● 1+ years' experience writing requirements
● 1+ years' experience working within a product development organization
● Understanding of relational databases (MySQL preferred)
