Senior Human Resources Leader – Corporate Manufacturing Environment

We’re representing a growing, innovation-driven manufacturer backed by a publicly traded industrial group. They’re seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to drive enterprise-wide HR strategies, influence executive leadership, and elevate the people function across a multi-site organization.
This is not your typical plant HR role. You’ll be working closely with the VP of Global HR and site leadership to:
- Lead strategic initiatives around talent development, performance, compensation, and compliance
- Modernize HR systems and processes across the business
- Serve as a critical voice on organizational structure, culture, and growth planning
- Oversee a small, capable HR team while shaping company-wide policy and best practices
What They’re Looking For:
- 10 years in progressive HR roles, with 7 years of leadership
- Strong command of talent strategy, org design, and compliance
- Experience in complex or multi-site manufacturing a plus
- Comfortable navigating both tactical execution and executive influence
