Mozaic is searching for a Residential Site Supervisor in Cayuga County to join our growing team of professionals.
Residential Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:The position is responsible for the direct supervision, training, and mentoring of direct support professional staff, ensuring that all program participants' rights are protected at all times. It involves supervising and monitoring individuals' dietary and nutritional needs, and ensuring that activities outlined in their Life Plans are completed. Additionally, the role provides assistance to individuals with activities of daily living, such as grooming, cooking, bathing, toileting, and communication, to promote and improve independence. The position also includes transporting and accompanying individuals to activities with support staff, while developing and maintaining positive and professional relationships with families, guardians, local businesses, and service providers.
Are you qualified?
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position, along with a minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience. While basic computer skills are essential, candidates with at least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities are preferred.

Salary Range: $43,000 to $44,750 Annually
