Parts Backorder Coordinator Responsibilities include:
Communicate effectively with customers to provide order updates and resolve issues.
Expedite backorders and assist with pickup instructions.
Handle escalations and explain fees and return processes clearly.
Maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
Manage multiple systems and platforms efficiently.
Uphold safety practices and contribute to a clean work environment.
Parts Backorder Coordinator Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, phone).
