Parts Backorder Coordinator

Mustang Cat is seeking a proactive and dedicated Parts Backorder Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide detailed order updates, expedite backorders, address escalations, and assist with pickup instructions and return processes. Your strong communication skills and computer aptitude will be essential as you manage multiple systems and platforms. You will represent Mustang Cat with professionalism and a strong sense of urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.   Parts Backorder Coordinator Responsibilities include: Communicate effectively with customers to provide order updates and resolve issues. Expedite backorders and assist with pickup instructions. Handle escalations and explain fees and return processes clearly. Maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers. Manage multiple systems and platforms efficiently.
