HVAC Commercial Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Installation: Install commercial HVAC systems, including air handlers, refrigeration units, ductwork, and all related components.

• Blueprint Accuracy: Follow blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guarantee precise and efficient installations.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

• System Testing: Conduct thorough system tests, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues during installation to ensure optimal performance.

• Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

• Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with every installation.

• Tool Maintenance: Maintain and organize all tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance on the job.

• Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, refrigerant handling, and electrical connections.

• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installations.

• Certifications: Valid HVAC certification/license (state-specific) and EPA certification (preferred).

• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure clear coordination with clients and colleagues.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of weather conditions.

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Requirements:

• This position involves physical labor, including lifting between 50 and 100 pounds regularly, crawling into tight spaces, working outdoors, and climbing ladders.

• EPA Certification required.
