What You’ll Do:
Assist senior technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems
Learn to troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance
Participate in training and ride-alongs to gain practical field experience
Maintain clean work areas and proper care of company tools and vehicles
Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand professionally
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interest in HVAC and willingness to build a career in the industry
Mechanical aptitude and desire to work hands-on
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
High school diploma or GED
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
