- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems, Build accurate repair quotes
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices for HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Diagnose HVAC systems
- Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary
- Train junior team members
- Understand and adhere to local HVAC codes
- Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs
- Are EPA certified or willing to become certified immediately
- Have the ability to create relationships centered around teamwork, trust and mutual respect among
- Always exhibit a positive attitude.
- Have good communication skills.
- Are willing to improve learn the latest technology
- 5 years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Heavy lifting is a daily task. Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a daily basis
- Must be able to get in and out of attics and crawl spaces on a daily basis
- All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
- All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid drivers license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
