PaxeraHealth is now hiring a Senior Accountant to join our sales team. This is a remote position and the person will be responsible for multiple functions within the department. We currently seek a Senior Accountant who is a financial expert with a strong background in financial reporting, coupled with hands-on experience using QuickBooks. The position requires someone who is energetic, willing to learn and wants to be involved in a fast paced and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and review
• Consolidate financial statements across entities and multi-currency accounts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards
• Accurately track and report MRR, ARR, and other recurring revenue streams
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Oversee bank reconciliations and alignment of statements with internal records
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support audits and tax filings by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a SaaS company
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
• Expertise in MRR/ARR accounting and multi-currency consolidations is preffered
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
