Hybrid Role – Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role plays a critical part in financial reporting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules/disclosures (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Support external reporting, including preparation of press releases and SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and Annual Report).
- Prepare journal entries and independently manage complex accruals to ensure the integrity of financial results.
- Complete timely and accurate account reconciliations, including variance resolution and completeness reviews.
- Lead special projects and develop executive-level presentations for senior leadership meetings.
- Collaborate across global finance teams and operational groups, leading discussions and identifying key stakeholders.
- Analyze financial trends and partner with cross-functional teams to update forecasts, investigate variances, and refine planning.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
- Research and interpret new accounting standards and evaluate competitor financial disclosures.
- Prepare benefit plan financial statements and assist with external audits.
- Oversee XBRL tagging process as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or related Finance roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Independent, driven, and intellectually curious with a proactive mindset
- Adaptable and resourceful problem-solver with a track record of delivering results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive-level presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with OneStream or Oracle
- CPA or MBA
- Familiarity with XBRL tagging and Workiva or similar reporting tools
