Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Virginia, in good standing.
- 3–6 years of business litigation experience.
- Commercial, mortgage, auto, and credit card litigation experience, as well as the representation of financial institutions, is an advantage.
- Federal clerkship experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with client management, business development, and the independent management of cases.
- Ability to thrive both as a team player and when working autonomously.
- Soft Skills: Strong research, writing, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with sound professional judgment.
- Case Management: Handle a broad range of litigation matters involving financial institutions, including consumer financial services disputes and regulatory matters.
- Courtroom Advocacy: Participate in depositions, hearings, motions practice, and other court proceedings at both the state and federal levels.
- Client Service: Communicate directly with clients, providing legal advice, regulatory guidance and updates on strategy, case developments, and litigation risks and government investigations.
- Legal Drafting: Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior litigators and partners in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality work and achieve client objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $250,000 – $350,000, commensurate with experience.
