Job Summary:
We are looking for an R&D Enterprise Tools Operations Specialist to support and optimize core R&D business systems used by scientists and engineers globally. This role combines enterprise tool operations, customer support, process improvement, and automation, helping reduce administrative burden so R&D teams can focus on science.
You will act as a trusted internal service provider and subject matter expert for key R&D tools, execute system requests with precision, and identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual processes in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage R&D system and enterprise tool requests with accuracy and compliance
- Provide timely, professional support to global R&D users
- Serve as SME for one or more R&D business applications (EDMS, LMS, PM tools, etc.)
- Understand R&D processes (records management, lab data, change requests) to ensure high-quality execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, digitization, and automation
- Apply automation and AI tools to streamline administrative workflows
- Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (technical, scientific, or business preferred)
- 2 years of experience in operations, technical support, or system administration
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Cornerstone, Google Workspace, MS Office
- Exposure to automation, scripting, data, or AI tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a global, hybrid team environment
