Pikemann is searching for a System Administrator (Sage 100/300)
Location: San Diego, CA
The System Administrator is directly responsible for all Quality function operations throughout the manufacturing process.
A Systems Administrator Level is the helpdesk's initial point of contact. The Systems Administrator handles sophisticated difficulties that are beyond the scope of a Help Desk Technician.

- 4 years of experience as a Managed Service Provider is necessary.
- Expertise with Sage Accounting (Sage 100/300) Software packages is preferred.
- Azure or AWS experience (Cloud)
- O365 experience and license knowledge
- Working knowledge of the Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019 operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Capability to record accurate time detailing/documentation into ticketing systems (ZenDesk, Zoho, ConnectWise)
- Wireless networks, routers, and firewalls
- Resolve escalated tickets and, if required, escalate to a Level 3 Systems Engineer.
