Human Resources Department Key Objective: Develop and maintain a human resources training and staff development program committed to the recruitment and retention of qualified staff committed to Prairie Views mission/vision/values.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTES TO POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT WITH CO-WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or another related field
- Minimum Experience: Three years in training field
- Must have good human relation skills.
- Must have good oral and written skills in order to communicate with staff and public.
- Computer understanding and operational experience required.
- Must have the ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources
- work.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have good decision-making skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities at a time.
- Must have experience managing LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Duties require light physical effort (lift/carry up to 15 pounds), most sedentary work, and manual dexterity and mobility.
