Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Structural Steel Estimating Manager for our commercial construction client.
This role will only consider Houston and surrounding applicants.
Experience with PEMB, tilt-wall, and structural steel is required.
This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in PEMB, tilt-wall, and structural steel projects while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals to drive project success.
- Oversee project estimation processes for PEMB, Tilt-wall, and structural steel buildings
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate and comprehensive project estimates
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare project budgets
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
- Develop and implement systems and checklists to streamline project workflows
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Utilize time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Estimating Manager
- Extensive knowledge of PEMB, Tilt-wall, and structural steel buildings
- Proven track record of managing project estimation processes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Must be willing to locate to Houston, TX.
