What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Recruiter position at Pursuit?
Pursuit is a rapidly growing start-up based out of Dallas that specializes in hiring elite sales talent for external companies within industries such as Medical Device, SaaS, Technology, and other B2B industries.
We have been apart of the Inc. 5000 list, voted 3x as a Best Place to Work in Dallas, and recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Dallas in general. We are continuing to grow, and looking to hire a few new Sales Recruiters to our team for a late February/early March start date!

HIGHLIGHTS:
- Base Salary Uncapped Commissions (paid out quarterly)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- IDEAL EXPERIENCE, but not required: Sales Recruiting experience, Recruiting experience, B2B sales experience (inside/outside sales), Sales Internships, etc.
- Must live in or near Dallas - office located in Deep Ellum!
- Someone with a competitive mindset mentality who is hungry for success
