Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries to improve their mobility and range of motion. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic exercises to help them reach their optimal level of function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and manual techniques to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout their treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy practice
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- CPR certification
- Continuing education in physical therapy techniques and practices
