Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and regain their strength and mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' physical needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid physical therapy license in state of practice
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in physical therapy preferred
