Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Therapist at Renewed Vision, you’ll provide personalized, evidence-based therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds. Your work will include:
Conducting
comprehensive client assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
Providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
Offering crisis intervention and advocating for client well-being.
Maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and ensuring timely clinical reporting.
Collaborating with other professionals to provide holistic, client-centered care.
What You Bring
✔ Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
✔ Licensure: Active LIMHP, LMHP, or PLMHP license in Nebraska.
✔ Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
✔ Skills: Strong diagnostic and therapeutic abilities, excellent communication, and a passion for helping others.
Compensation & Perks
$65 per client contact hour (LIMHP)
$60 per client contact hour (LMHP)
$40 per client contact hour (PLMHP)
CEU reimbursement up to $1,000 per year
