About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring we deliver exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control and improvement initiatives, monitoring compliance with regulations and standards, and collaborating with staff to continuously improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance and improvement program aligned with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Conduct internal audits, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of corrective action plans to address identified deficiencies.
- Monitor and maintain
accurate documentation related to quality assurance activities.
- Prepare reports on quality assurance findings and recommendations for leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in developmental disabilities services.
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff on quality assurance and improvement processes.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the organization at external quality assurance audits and reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in quality assurance or quality improvement, preferably in a human services setting.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and best practices in service delivery is a plus.
Working Conditions:

Salary : $25 - $35
