The Role
As a Product Designer at RepRally, you’ll shape the future of wholesale by designing experiences that help brands grow, retailers discover, and sales reps succeed. You’ll partner with research, engineering, product, data, and analytics to create transformative marketplace experiences with measurable business impact.
We’re seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented designer, passionate about end-to-end product development and driven by empathy for our customers. You’ll be an owner and mentor, ready to shape the vision and execution of our marketplace through your craft and leadership.
This full-time role is based in our New York City HQ.
What You'll Do
- Partner with teams across product, engineering, marketplace, and data to define, build, and launch new marketplace features.
- Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly communicate design intent and enable cross-team validation.
- Deliver polished, high-fidelity designs that adhere to RepRally’s evolving brand and design system.
- Write UX copy and craft engaging, informative content that drives usability and conversion.
- Lead and participate in user research and interviews to deeply understand the challenges faced by brands, retailers, and reps.
- Drive strategic product thinking, contributing directly to feature roadmaps and long-term vision.
- Shape the RepRally design culture through active collaboration, feedback, and process improvement.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience designing digital products and systems, with a focus on mobile and responsive web experiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a portfolio that showcases visually refined, user-centered solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready design and smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communicator—able to present ideas and processes confidently and adaptively, for any audience.
- Growth mindset: open to feedback, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively, contributing to both vision and hands-on deliverables.
- Experience designing for e-commerce, marketplaces, or gig economy products is a strong plus.
