Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused sales representative to join our dynamic team. Our unified platform connects brands, sales reps, and retailers, bringing intelligence and efficiency to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with independent retail stores as the face of RepRally in the field.
• Introduce new accounts to our platform and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Advise customers on our current catalogue, including emerging brands and store incentives.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest brands and how to pitch them through regular brand trainings.
• Secure sales orders from customers through the RepRally app to meet targets.
• Work with leadership on account planning, meeting review, and tactics to close sales and increase order volume.

Skills Required:

• Self-starter mindset to quickly learn the RepRally app and drive account growth.
• Willingness to meet customers in person and make sales.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries.
• Multiple language skills are a plus.

Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
