We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. The individual will work in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for managing various aspects of the accounts payable function within our organization. Responsibilities:• Efficiently process various invoices daily into the ERP system.• Manage the reconciliation of accounts payable accounts.• Assist in processing statements and reconciling them with invoices.• Utilize accounting software systems such as Cupa, NetSuite, and Workday.• Perform accounting functions including accrual accounting.• Conduct auditing as part of the role.• Handle Account Coding and Automated Clearing House (ACH) activities.• Use Concur and ADP for financial services.• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.
