Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager

Description

We are in the pursuit of an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to enhance our team located in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role primarily involves overseeing the processing of customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain precise customer credit records using accounting software systems
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions
• Employ Concur for data processing and other related tasks
• Supervise and ensure the accuracy of account coding
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and implement accrual accounting principles
• Conduct auditing tasks and manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts and resolve any issues promptly.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Coding, with the ability to accurately input and manage financial information
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services for payroll management and other related tasks
• Proficiency in using Concur for travel and expense management
• Strong data processing skills to manage large sets of financial data
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions and their role within the broader business context
• Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Experience with auditing processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) for efficient and secure financial transactions
