We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and attentive demeanor. THis is a REMOTE position, but you must be able to work between the hours of 7:00 AM CST - 9:00 PM CST and have relevant customer service and/or healthcare experience. This is an inbound call center job with daily and weekly production goals that must be hit. This job will start the first week of September and is a great opportunity with a Fortune 500! Responsibilities:• Handle incoming calls with a focus on resolving customer inquiries during the first interaction.• Deliver accurate information and address questions with a friendly and attentive approach to foster trust and satisfaction.• Actively listen to customer concerns, ask clarifying questions, and document details accurately in the system.• Research and resolve complex issues by utilizing multiple databases and collaborating with support teams when necessary.• Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely and effective resolution.• Consistently meet established performance metrics in areas such as efficiency, call quality, and customer satisfaction.• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs with empathy and understanding.• Use critical thinking to analyze problems and provide appropriate solutions.• Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality to support team operations effectively.
