Medical Recruiter

Salary: $28.50 to $33.00 hourly

Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Recruiter in the healthcare sector, based in Frisco, Texas. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for comprehensive recruitment activities, with a focus on hiring medical coding professionals.

Responsibilities

• Implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, from sourcing to onboarding of candidates
• Concentrating on the recruitment of medical coding professionals
• Managing a requirement load of multiple medical coding positions concurrently
• Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System for efficient recruitment processes
• Ensuring a thorough understanding of benefit functions to provide accurate information to candidates
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on relevant criteria
• Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to healthcare industry standards and regulations
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
• Maintaining a proactive communication with prospective candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Collaborating with the team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and practices.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Applicant Track System.
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Solid understanding of recruitment practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial contracts.
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple job orders at once.
• Familiarity with medical terminologies and procedures.
