Procurement Manager

We are looking for a skilled procurement professional to support our client on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and evaluating commercial agreements, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and create meaningful efficiencies for a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate contract pricing models and identify potential risks, providing clear summaries for non-legal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and vendor management teams to streamline contract workflows.

• Utilize contract lifecycle management tools, such as Coupa or similar platforms, to optimize operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records for all contractual agreements.

• 5 years of experience in contract enablement, legal operations, procurement operations, vendor management, or sourcing support roles.

• Strong ability to interpret pricing models and contract terms while summarizing risks clearly for non-legal audiences.

• Proficiency in using contract lifecycle management tools, such as Coupa or equivalent systems.

• Solid understanding of contract administration and vendor management processes.
