Your Role With Us:Processes telecommunication activities through the communication systems in a pleasant, courteous, prompt, complete and accurate manner according to approved policies and procedures. Monitors all alarm systems in call center/switchboard and notifies appropriate person or response team according to approved policies and procedures.Enters changes in computer promptly and accurately in accordance with department policy.Notifies operators of all unfinished work and any unusual situations, before leaving shift. Good clerical, computer keyboarding, interpersonal and communication skills.
