Your Role With Us:As our next Solution Center Operator, you will:Processes switchboard activities through the communication systems in a pleasant, courteous, prompt, complete and accurate manner according to approved policies and procedures. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot customer issues, and follow up on customer interactions. Monitors all alarm systems in call center/switchboard and notifies appropriate person or response team according to approved policies and procedures. Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resources. 5. Experience:One of the following required: * One (1) year contact center, or * One (1) year Helpdesk, or * One (1) year Customer Service Special knowledge, skills, & abilities: * Ability to follow scripts and workflow diagrams required. * Healthcare knowledge preferred. * Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Technical knowledge of personal computer operations, basic network operations and data communications set-ups. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. * Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume, emergency staffing and scheduling. * Must be able to function well under pressure.---Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
