We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team and play a key role in our manufacturing process. In this role, you’ll program CNC machines and assist in proving out new products. You’ll lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and standardize processes, and help with product planning, cycle time quoting, and project timeline development. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the setup and installation of new equipment and collaborating with vendors for machine maintenance and repair.

Major Responsibilities
- Ensure digital data traceability is maintained.
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software with a focus on precision and efficiency.
- Design and develop fixtures for the manufacturing process.
- Set up CNC machines and perform all required quality checks.
- Support the team by developing lean processes and leading continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Collaborate on lean initiatives for process optimization.
- Interpret blueprints and apply basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Troubleshoot CNC machines to maintain smooth operations.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Proficiency in 5-Axis CNC machining.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer use.
- Knowledge of Mastercam software is required.
- Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods while using a computer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with 5-10 years of related experience and/or training, or a combination of both.
