- Prepare and file legal documents in both state and federal courts
- Coordinate calendars, schedule hearings and depositions, and track case deadlines
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients, providing regular updates and assistance
- Maintain organized and detailed client and case files, both physical and electronic
- Provide Spanish-English interpretation and communication support as needed
- Assist with preparing materials and logistics for court appearances and depositions
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Prior experience in a legal setting, preferably related to employment or civil litigation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment
