Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Sales for a growing and respected manufacturer of high-reliability rigid printed circuit boards. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and technically adept Director of Sales to drive revenue growth in aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical markets. This is a player-coach role ideal for someone with strong knowledge of rigid PCB manufacturing and a collaborative, customer-first approach. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape sales direction at a company known for quality, integrity, and long-standing customer relationships.

- Strong understanding of PCB fabrication, quoting, and quality requirements
- Experience with high-reliability sectors such as aerospace, defense, or medical
- Self-starter with excellent communication and technical credibility
- Willingness to travel to key customers across North America
