We're looking for an exceptional Accounting Manager for a growing Engineering company in the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will have governmental contract and/or technical accounting experience. Ideally you will have some experience with DOT and revenue recognition. Requirements

• FAR/CAS experience
• Overhead audit
• Medium to large company experience in the engineering or architectural or construction industries
• Managerial experience with desire to mentor team members
• Month end close, account recs, financial integration, GAAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Process improvement mindset
• Microsoft office suite, BI analytics
• Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA nice to have, but not required
