Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Licensed or Registered Nurses to assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring compassionate care that respects individual needs and rights.
- Provide basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and changing linen.
- Ensure all residents' personal needs are met through healthy and supportive services.
