Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a partner to nursing centers' Nurse Practice Educators, stakeholders, and Division Sr. Vice Presidents.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical educational programs supporting specialty practice, chronic illness management, and overall clinical excellence.
- Lead the development of an organization-wide onboarding and orientation program based on a competency model.
- Manage and evaluate competency assessments for clinical staff.
- Facilitate communication meetings with nursing centers' Nurse Practice Educators, creating a community of practice network.
- Support continuous learning and professional role development across job and career paths.
Qualifications include a graduate degree in nursing, current RN license, three years of nursing experience, and computer acumen. Benefits include variable compensation plans, tuition discounts, employee assistance programs, and health insurance.
