SmartTalent is seeking to hire a Temporary Maintenance & Grounds Assistant to assist the Port of this upcoming season.
PAY: $18-$20/hourly
TITLE: Maintenance & Grounds Assistant
LOCATION: Olympia, WA
SCHEDULE: Temporary/FT M-F, 7am to 4pm

ABOUT THE JOB:
Individuals perform various maintenance and/or landscaping duties at multiple Port of Olympia
locations.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Perform various assigned maintenance duties at Port Properties and Facilities.
· Perform janitorial duties; assignments may include but are not limited to graffiti
removal, power washing, garbage disposal, and maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse/ shop spaces.
· Performs general grounds keeping and landscaping maintenance, including mowing, trimming,
weeding, and irrigation repair, shoveling, and raking.
· This position requires the use of hand tools and power tools.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Oral and written communication skills
· Analytical ability, takes initiative, ability to problem solve.
