SmartTalent is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate for a supplier of nuts and bolts Company located in Auburn. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and have 1 years’ experience in a warehouse environment. (Details below).
PAY: $18
TITLE: Warehouse Associate
LOCATION: Auburn, WA
SCHEDULE: 8am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Summary/Objective:
The Warehouse Associate will be crossed trained in various departments; picking orders, packaging products, sorting, inventory, etc.
Requirements:
· Good attendance is an absolute must!
· 1 year’s exp. in a warehouse environment
· Team Player
· Basic math skills
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
· Great attention to detail
· Ability to stand on feet all day
· Good attitude
· Willing to learn
Job Duties:
· Picking orders
· Packaging orders
· Making boxes
· Cycle counts
· Sorting
· Shipping/Receiving
· Responsible for learning procedural, policy, and system enhancements and adapting to changes as they occur
· Responsible for quality assurance/audit of work duties
· Additional duties as assigned
