The Onsite Talent Manager will lead and support day-to-day staffing operations directly at the client site in Ruther Glen, VA. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, managing direct-hire workforce pipelines, and ensuring seamless talent delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
NOTE -
This position is 100% on-site with 50% travel to different markets (which may include some overnight) please consider this requirement before applying! This position is also a contract position and not direct-hire. Full benefits will be offered through SolomonEdwards Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, building trusted and collaborative relationships
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and talent delivery
- Develop and maintain strong direct-hire candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and anticipated hiring needs
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand hiring goals, workforce challenges, and business priorities
- Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and on-site recruitment activities
- Monitor hiring progress, track metrics, and provide regular updates and insights to client leadership
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and client requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent management (on-site or high-volume environments preferred)
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Experience supporting direct-hire recruiting efforts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working onsite 3–4 days per week with occasional travel
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools
