Soni’s client, a fast-growing leader in at-home healthcare, is hiring a Branch Director to join their Allentown office. Must be able to commute to Allentown, PA 5 days per week (fully on-site). As Branch Director, you will lead and oversee daily operations of the home care branch, reporting directly to the COO. You’ll ensure that all client services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with state and federal guidelines. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a growth mindset to drive both service quality and branch expansion. You’ll play a key part in business development, staff leadership, long-term planning, and fostering a culture of high performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of a Branch Director:
- Direct all branch operations to ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant home care services.
- Lead recruiting, screening, and training efforts for administrative and field staff.
- Manage full P&L responsibility and support revenue and census growth goals.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) utilization and caregiver compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and caregivers to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and enforce procedures for monitoring care quality and staff performance.
- Partner with leadership on long-term strategic planning and new program development.
- Oversee payroll processing, timesheet coordination, and accurate authorization tracking.
- Handle conflict resolution and grievance management for clients and staff.
- Supervise ongoing training initiatives and lead in-service education as needed.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
- Represent the branch in company-wide initiatives and client-facing communications.
- Conduct monthly service calls to assess caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of contact for critical incident follow-up and compliance reporting.
- Be available for on-call duties as necessary to support uninterrupted branch operations.
What You Bring as a Branch Director:
- Must be Bilingual fluent in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in non-skilled home health care administration or operations management
- Experience coordinating home care services
- Experience in home care, client services, or team building
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HHA Exchange or ADP preferred
- Positive attitude, drive, and ability to build trust with others
Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 per year 25% bonus
