Job Responsibilities
- Mastering end-to-end business process cycles and becoming fluent with the entire IT landscape
- Reviewing business requirements, understanding business rationale, and defining end goals
- Comparing multiple vendor solutions against business requirements and preparing analysis
- Building detailed budgets, managing project expenses, and developing project timelines
- Identifying resource requirements, managing assets bandwidth, and delivering weekly status reports
- Mitigating risks, providing alternative solutions, and managing communication and training requirements for project deployments
- 10 years of experience managing IT projects and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- MBA and PMP Certification preferred
- Experience with various distribution systems and platforms
- Fluency in distribution practices and processes both upstream and downstream
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communication skills, and strong analytical thinking
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task competing priorities
