Compensation: $16 - $18/hr
Employment Type: Full & Part-Time work available 16 - 40/hrs a week. Shift days and hours will fluctuate based on clients needs, typical shifts are 8 - 12 hours with room for variation.
Most hours for our clients include WEEKEND shifts; so weekend availability is a MUST.
Position is located in Flint, MI
This is an ARMED position, must have CPL and have a legal side-arm to apply.

Our licensed and insured security firm is seeking a qualified individual to fulfill a position as Armed Security Part-time. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security operations, loss prevention, law enforcement or military. A strong customer service background is also preferred. Opportunity for advancement based on experience. Must pass our initial training, pass a background check and drug screen, possess CPL, and No criminal history. High School Diploma is also required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 50 lbs and potentially work in a variety of environments and inclement weather. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function & security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
Familiarity with security equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
