The primary function of the Spa & Pool Attendant is responsible for orientating guests throughout the spa, salon, pool & fitness facilities, greet and check in guests as they enter the facilities, and provide personal guest services; they are responsible for keeping all guest amenities neat, clean, and stocked always. All team members must be able to adapt to meet changing demands and requirements while in the workplace.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service, communication and listening skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly & outgoing personality.
- Ability and willingness to always present a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with essential phone & computer knowledge & skills
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented and multi-task while being efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment and limiting mistakes under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Stand for extended periods and ascend/descend stairs as a daily routine.
- Communicate effectively with the public and disseminate information accurately.
- Must be able to comprehend reading materials.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Must interact with co-workers positively and understand what TEAM means.
