Job Description
A Design Drafter is responsible for the following duties:
- Create detail drawings, routings, and bills of material
- Contribute ideas for new designs or improving existing designs
- Update drawings and implement design changes
- Drawings and bills of material are accurate and contain all information required by production
- Use Autodesk, JD Edwards ERP software, and Windows-based programs effectively
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Certifications or Technical education and/or applicable experience in drafting
- Thorough understanding of Superior drafting standards and industry codes and design to them
- Training or experience in using Autodesk or similar CAD software
