Job Description
A Team Lead is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Manage the People, Processes, and Planning for your specific team
- Daily Safety Meeting
- Daily coordination of people, information, and materials
- Continuous Improvement activities
- Team development (hiring, coaching, evaluating, training)
- Other duties as assigned
