We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst with strong UX instincts and rapid prototyping skills to support internal software applications. In this role, you'll gather requirements, lead stakeholder discovery, and create wireframes/mockups to drive fast, user-centered product iterations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in UX design and prototyping tools.
- Experience in Agile environments (JIRA, Confluence)
- Lead discovery sessions with internal stakeholders
- Create wireframes/mockups (Balsamiq, Lucidchart, etc.)
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specs
- Bridge communication between users and IT
- Drive process improvements and support feature testing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with accounting systems/workflows
