- Own monthly planning, calendars, and storytelling for CRM (email, SMS, push) and Loyalty programs.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with teams like Web Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing.
- Manage reporting and performance tracking of campaigns using ESPs and web analytics tools.
- Implement A/B testing strategies across segmentation, messaging, and send times.
- Oversee a team responsible for scheduling, coding, designing, and testing CRM communications.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign assets align with goals.
- Stay current on industry best practices and recommend new strategies.
- 5 years of experience in CRM (email, SMS, push) and loyalty marketing (fashion/retail preferred).
- Proficient in HTML coding, including mobile optimization.
- Skilled in email/SMS design tools (Photoshop, Figma).
- Experience with ESPs like Listrak, Attentive, Klaviyo, etc.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics preferred).
- A passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.
- A commitment to making kindness a standard in business.
