What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Team Pest USA?

Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Learn and utilize company sales utilities (computer and iPad usage, sales agreements, pricing)
- Inspection, identification, pricing, and sales of company services
- Ability to inspect multiple environments (basements, crawl spaces, attics)
- Creative ability to identify additional sales opportunities during inspections
- Passion for growth and advancement
Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age
- Possess current driver's license and clear 3-year MVR
- Ability (with training) to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams
- Previous experience in the termite or pest control industry is preferred, but not necessary. Comprehensive training is available for promising candidates.
