About the Role:
The Software Sales Account Manager (Solution Consultant) will assist in growing and supporting Hilti Tool Services with a specific focus on ONTrack & Fleet Management with local, regional, and global partners.
This role will perform productivity analyses with VIP customers and design optimal solutions to improve customer's business processes.
In addition, it will coordinate with local sales team to support to increase sales and penetration of ONTrack and large Fleet Contracts increasing the numbers of Solution Customers as part of our global customer engagement strategy.
This is a field-based customer-facing role, and the territory will support customers throughout Georgia and Alabama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focusing on business development of Hilti software & services in a defined geographic area among current and prospective customers.
- Analyzing sales results, reviewing customer fact base, identifying key trades and customer potential to develop tactical sales strategy.
- Collaborating with sales leadership team and building competence for solution selling in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
- Steering pipeline management in sales process in collaboration with the sales team and supporting the execution of process from lead generation to contract closing.
- Conducting onsite analysis for ONTrack and coordinating Tool Park Analysis, including developing customer-specific optimized solutions.
- Presenting customer-specific solutions with sales management team to decision makers.
- SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS after contract signing, through the implementation, training, and ongoing usage of ONTrack and Fleet Management solutions.
- Providing sales organization with product expertise and support resources.
- Preparing assigned region(s) and local sales teams for product and service launches and upgrades.
- Planning and participating in trade shows and other industry events.
- Visiting construction jobsites and offices to demonstrate Hilti's value proposition to key stakeholders within customer's organization.
- Communicating with customers to identify new market opportunities relevant to local market.
- Maintaining knowledge of assigned product portfolio and related services (i.e. Fleet, LTS, etc.).
- Facilitating startup as well as ongoing training for new and existing customers.
- Assisting with training of new field specialists and assisting with launch readiness in their assigned markets.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years consultative selling, specifically to c-suite executives, required.
- Training experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during first 2 months of training.

Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
